#PPROM Awareness Saves Lives......#Help Keep EVERY Little Heartbeat Strong

40 percent of premature births are associated with a condition known as PPROM.
Some babies make it, sadly one too many don't.
Follow our thunderclap so we can raise as much as possible to invest in awareness and life saving research

PPROM is the acronym for Preterm Premature Rupture Of the Membranes, which is also known as waters breaking early in pregnancy.
We are parents who are striving to raise awareness and we feel 40% is unacceptable. With proper awareness, education and more research this number could be much lower. We hope to become a registered charity this year so that we have the ability to make a difference and support those affected.
We don't want to see other families faced with PPROM to feel alone.

All funds raised will go to All funds raised will go to Little Heartbeats & UCLH Charity no 229771 in support of in support of PPROM awareness in pregnancy and UCLH Stem membrane patch project

Created by Little Heartbeats

Little Heartbeats needs to raise £5k to become a charity and wants to raise £25k towards a Stem Membrane Patch Research project via UCLH Charity, which can reseal the membranes in certain cases.
That would give so many babies the best chance of being born healthy and at term.
We have specially designed these t-shirts to help us raise the funds needed to meet these goals.
There are currently two t-shirts designs,
one 'Proud Parent of a Preemie'.
and
one  'I'm Have An Angel Baby Forever In My Heart'
Both carry our PPROM awareness web address.
Why we do what we do?
After losing our first born baby Sinead, we made a promise to our little girl to make a difference about the condition that took her from us.
We lost her to PPROM.
It can happen to anyone at anytime during pregnancy and we want to raise awareness and to get the proper treatment recognised and implemented everywhere, all babies deserve the best possible chance to survive.
